Agreed on National Anthem.  That's probably the Radiohead song that's grown on me the most over the last decade.  I can't count the number of times that bassline has popped into my head out of nowhere and stayed there.

Boyoyoyoyoing!

What, no Aladdin?!  That scene where he's flying out of the Cave of Wonders on the carpet would actually be pretty sweet in 3D.  So would the first Agrabah scene.  And the fight with Jafar as the snake.  Basically the whole movie actually.  SERIOUSLY DISNEY WTF

What they should really be working on is a full-length feature film starring Cloppy the Late Night Horse.

I love the fact that no one on these boards will ever actually listen to Dawes because it would ruin this great thing we have going here.

Yeah for a while (longer than I'd care to admit) I thought people here were genuinely into Dawes because of all the positive comments about them (how naive I was/am)

…And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dawes

This sounds like it could be an episode of Flight of the Conchords (was it?).  Just imagine: Bret's "a bit too scared to ask" if he's still in the band, but Jermaine says there's no "bad vibes" and he's just doing an "instrumental thing" at the moment, although he "might get a singer as well" if he has to (possibly in

I remember tuning into this station late at night a couple of times (somewhat drunkenly) and encountering a show called "I Heart Hipsters."  I remember being revulsed/fascinated by it (as with all things hipster), but that's all I can seem to remember about it.  Does anyone else remember this show?

I remember they would run this commercial for Vanguard set to Bloodbuzz Ohio ad nauseam a little while back (during the last days of the Rotten Tomatoes show I think), and despite its repetition and over-the-top tone (the commercial I mean) it was definitely effective in getting me to tune into the show.  I'm glad I

That's what you get for signing a band that only releases one album every thirteen years.  I love the Wrens but man, they certainly don't make things easy on their record executives.

Agreed.  Great idea that I hope gets to stay great for a long time to come.  Also: I don't know of many people who are better at what they do than Robert McGinnis (or as consistent).  Seeing new artwork from him always puts a smile on my face.
