I will look into egg powders, that seems like it could be good. I don't mind spending a lot if I know I like it, I'll look for the individual packets first.

I've tried some hemp protein products but they seemed weirdly sour to me so now I avoid those. I'm concerned with the amount of fiber in flax seeds because I've tried them in protein bars before (or maybe it was chia) and had seriously unfortunate stomach bloating.

I like quinoa, I usually eat it for lunch everyday but I think one serving only has about 7g of protein. Nuts can be problematic because if I eat too much they can be hard to digest. Almond butter is okay and I'll eat it out of the jar, but still not that much protein for the amount of calories. I'll have to look at…

I think I need to cut back on the sugar in my diet and incorporate more protein, but I don't like meat, dairy, eggs, soy, or beans. Brown rice protein powder disgusts me, but I've been forcing it down by mixing it with oatmeal.

Not the saddest movie I've seen but I'm always ashamed of getting teary eyed at the end of Backdraft.
