I think broccoli smells better than steamed cauliflower (which I love, and eat all the time) so I think I've become immune to how stinky it is. But it's not like it stinks up the whole apartment or anything (like fish does, ugh I smell that for days afterward).

I went to Goodwill this weekend and got 4 or 5 shirts (I know, I should be posting this in the fashion thread but I don't feel like going back into the depths of TI) but what I really needed were some nice pants but the sizes were HUGE. Even if the waist size was okay the pant legs were so baggy.

I did not put the Skittles in the beer, I don't know why anyone would do such a thing. I only got the Skittles because I was reminded that green is now green apple, not lime. I enjoyed them, but also was repulsed by how sweet they are.

Cucumber soda is the worst. I also don't like mint soda, it tastes like mouthwash.

I had Skittles and beer last night for dinner. (Although before I went to bed I ate a huge bowl of steamed broccoli, hoping that it would somehow balance everything out).

I used to comment, but now I'm more of a lurker. I have been falling behind even in my lurking duties. I still have to read last week's TI. I'm trying to get an early start today but work might get in the way. My advice is to get yourself a snazzy avatar pic or no one will remember who you are.

I'm very sorry to hear about the car accident. I hope that your neck feels better, that it is just soreness and that it doesn't turn into anything too serious. Having to do months of physical therapy sucks.

I'm the same Smacky. I really miss coffee and tea. There are so many kinds of tea, but only like one in decaf. Boo

I've taken a couple of formal programming classes which were both taught in Java but I'm still pretty new to all. I don't want my brain to atrophy over the summer, so I thought learning another language would help me retain some of that general knowledge so if I decide to take another CS course I won't have forgotten

I played Limbo a while ago, I bought it on Steam. It was a great game. I need to get a bigger hard drive because I'm running out of space on my computer. I prefer to play games on my console, but there are so many neat games on Steam, and they often put them on sale and then I can't help myself. The Steam summer sale

I watched The Informant! which was not what I was expecting but I still liked it. I played a bit of Silent Hill Downpour but am still just going through what I had done before (because I don't like picking up a game from where I was after it's been a long time, so I restarted it). I played some Antichamber which was

This is the first I've ever heard of Logan Marshall-Green (no I haven't seen Prometheus) and so I googled him and wow @avclub-e576423831e043f7928d9ac113abbe6f:disqus was not kidding, that dude is totally Tom Hardy's non-union American equivalent.

Just wanted to say happy birthday! (I know I'm late, forgive me, just skimming through the T.I. comments now) Hope you got to do something fun!

I hope you had a happy birthday in spite of having to go to work. I guess I liked the episodes centered around Gob or Tobias the most but they all seemed to blend together. I really wish the group had more scenes together, it seemed so obvious they were all filming everyone separately because of schedules and whatnot,

I like that part where the vampire gets staked into that big speaker and Corey Haim says death by stereo and has that look on his face that something gnarly and awesome just happened.

I really liked Valhalla Rising too! I watched it the same way as you, I figured there was a lot of symbolism and things that I wasn't appreciating on some higher level, but I didn't worry about that and watched it for what it was. I really need to check out Hannibal. MADS MIKKELSON indeed.

I didn't love the new season of AD that much either. I think it's still better than most of the crap on television, but the feel of it was a lot different and it wasn't as much fun. I know I just watched it a few days ago but I'm already forgetting it. I didn't hate it, but I generally agreed with the grade you gave

Bad facial hair bothers me more than bad hair. Beards, Scrawler. I don't like them. I can't imagine what JGL would look like with one, and I don't want to know.

You saying that makes me think of Tom Hardy in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. Anyway I know I'm going to watch this and I know I'm going to hate it. I believe it's going to beat G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra as worst movie I've seen JGL in. Ugh.

I played Hotline Miami with my Xbox360 controller plugged into the computer (because I also dislike playing with a keyboard and mouse) so that's an option but yeah overall I prefer to play games on my console because my computer can be a bit slow. And then you run into crap like my buying a game on Steam but I don't
