It's tough, because not just the time involved in work and school, but as you alluded to, feeling depressed and stressed makes it so difficult to focus and just get the simplest things done. I can also identify with your comment above, about that guy, since my personal life…well let's not go into it, since it's

Hey Girard. I am going to be up so late too but I'm pretty good at getting by on four to six hours of sleep. Have a good night.

Just wanted to say congrats on your continued sobriety, I like hearing about it so don't be shy about giving us updates.

Hey Smacky! I saw you started the beer thread. I haven't had much beer lately but I think I had that Hop Mountain one and thought it was decent (I like hops). I gotta go finish some work crap now but maybe I will contribute more when I get home later tonight.

Ugh I got here at around 8 this morning and I won't be getting home until past 10 tonight. And when I finally do get home a huge pile of dishes in the sink will be there to greet me, along with that heap of clothes on the floor that I haven't had time to fold. Let's not even talk about the state of my bathroom. This

I saw when you changed your avatar! It was still cat themed so I was happy about that, but it's strange how we all get so attached to our own and everyone else's avatars.

Yeah it's so much and every time you refresh to post your comment it's just MORE and then your comment might not even be relevant. It's also that whole thing we discussed a while back, the paralyzed by writing something but then not posting it and then being frustrated because I just wasted time overthinking things

Hi there Pud! I saw that comment you wrote about how you could've gotten the firstie but you let Lurky get it for the food thread. You're a class act, man.

Hey Jimmy! It's not that I have a huge amount of work — I just need to plan things out better. Wednesdays are problematic for me now because this is the day where I have both my day and night class and I still have to get all this crap done at work, while keeping in mind homework/quizzes (I've been studying more

I like going back and reading them, it's a lot of fun seeing the strange conversations that can spring up. Wednesday is now my tough day of the week, I think the next couple of days will be better, but yes, having a drunk weekend is the thing to look forward to. Hope your work week is going good.

There are so many comments on the TI that I feel like if you aren't here when it starts, you might as well ignore the whole thing. Anyway, I didn't ignore it, I read it all, and I'm using this comment to say that you all ate lovely food and drank wonderful drinks and have nice fashion sense, and yes the weather is

I would watch this. I think you need to start directing movies.

I think he's a little boring but then again I haven't seen him in much. I was just trying to assess how much of a crush you may have had on him. I would have been stunned if he was in the top ten.

He did a surprisingly good job in Mr. Brooks, I think that we were all expecting the worst and then were stunned when he was actually…not horrible. (That being said, I am in no way clamoring for more Dane Cook in anything.)

    How about Chris Pine?

I believe what you are referring to is Still Missing, with a rare F grade.

I don't find him appealing at all, and I'm surprised he's so popular now. Also: he doesn't seem to be your type. Explain yourself.

Same — I love playing euro games but I don't usually win. I think I don't do well in 7 Wonders because I never do science (or whatever the green cards are called) and then someone else goes crazy on it and gets a ton of points. I think Carcassonne is my favorite game.

The first one isn't bad, it's definitely more playable than most of the Atari games. It's very difficult. You have to go underground if you want to win. I tried mapping it all out but still ran out of time before getting to the end.
