I agree with those saying that Pet Semetary is harder to read when you've got a kid. I'm not a dad but I have a four-year-old niece I love to bits and I've found it difficult to re-read the book.

The crowning moment for me was the look on Steve-O's face when he realised that not everyone thinks him and his douchebag friends are the epitome of awesome.
