I just hope
Arthur Darvill gets his name in the opening credit sequence next season. His Rory has earned it.

Never thought I'd agree with someone named Poophat, but he pretty much matched my opinion.

I found Scanner Darkly to be the quickest and easiest read of all the AV Club book selections where I've participated.

If they start going to facebook
You know that Betty White will end up directing.

No huns, I didn't make the connection, and didn't see her name in the credits. Thanks for the tip.

THERE ARE FIVE LIGHTS!!!

And what's with the "Homo Reptilicus" thing? Is it the real scientific name for Silurians? Does that mean we are in the same genus?

I'm not sure how one does time travel with out some sci-fi in there, at least.

she looks a lot taller in this film, mr. Fhtagn.

Agreed, CC. Wonder Boys is a favorite of mine. Haven't seen American President in a while, but I remember liking it. It's almost too bad that he got so famous playing Gordon Gekko.

Anne of Green Gables
Matthew Cuthbert's death, especially as embodied by Richard Farnsworth in the Canadian TV version, really got to me.

I don't think that word means what you think it does.

Now that we are talking about the end…
and adding the SPOILER ALERT:

World building and Gormenghast
As my name and avatar suggest, I hold Peake and The Gormenghast novels in high regard, but I slightly disagree with Zack in that I feel Riddley Walker feels to me a more realized world. I always found Peake's novels to me more of a consciously (perhaps even self-consciously) literary
