Pretty sure he's this "Pillbox" character.

He played basically the same character (minus the hijinks) in Runaway.

No love for Real Life and Modern Romance?  Apex of his career in my opinion.

I must have been half asleep; I thought he was being self-deprecating and referring to his belt size.

Continue to be amazed by the negative reaction to this character.  Yes, he was a bit stylized and over-the-top, but you could say the same for some of Bunk's and Omar's most memorable lines.

I bet that he SHALL NOT PASS the breathalyzer, am I right?

Excellent list.  Had no idea he was such a cinemaphile.  RIP good sir.

What happens if you recite the "Our Man in Havana" screenplay?

That third paragraph is a thing of beauty.

I thought it was keeping with the Law & Order vibe of the episode.

The premise, although inherently ridiculous, could be made into a good thriller.  Hitchcock could have made a good movie out of this.  Reading the premise reminded me of the murder that was scheduled to synch up with that one cymbal crash in The Man Who Knew Too Much.  Unfortunately, I understand Hitchcock's been dead

Yeah, careful about striking those brown notes.

Basically, humanity is doomed.

This sounds fascinating, and I think it's great that the filmmakers brought some of the most notable participants of the riots to reflect all these years later.  Still….

I think someone has a crush.

Pretty lame.

So many fine little touches in a truly hilarious episode.  There are just too many to count (although I see other commenters have done a good job)…I loved Troy experiencing a brief wave of nausea during the yam post-mortem.

No, a real hipster contrarian would make a point of saying something like "I turned it off after 10 minutes."

#Whitepeopleproblems?

I misrepresented the content in the original post; having now seen the clip, it was actually about George Zimmerman making bail, on the condition that he's only allowed to shoot members of One Direction (LOLZERS!).  The cussing out of the audience was more jocular than anything else.
