Grew up with that album, and although I'm not big on the singles, the rest of it is probably the best sludge-pop to come out of Seattle.  Overall, I don't particularly like Black Hole Sun , but it's a whole helluva lot better than say anything by Candlebox or Collective Soul or any of that garbage…..

I saw him in Lexington, KY a few months back, and I thought his set was absolutely gorgeous.  Even though all of his songs are 15-odd years old, they still sent shivers down my spine.  Opened with Oh Comely, and Song Against Sex/Holland 1945 still sound fine without a backing band.  Go see it.

Although I certainly agree that the episode was getting a trifle tedious until the terrorist attack and the season was problematic, I think most—-alright, I take that back…..some—-of the seasons problems go away once people accept the fact that Brody was the man who set off the bomb.
