I still don't understand how Sam Elliot was never on Deadwood.

I'm right there with you; although it's utmost heresy around these parts, I much prefer Wyatt Earp to Tombstone, and IMO Dennis Quaid is a much better Doc Holliday. Tombstone's too…slick, I guess.

Sam Elliot is hot, and more so with the 'stache, which I will not say about very many men at all.   Also the voice is fantastic, and I am very, very much a voice girl.

The books were pretty romancey; someone gave me like FOUR of them, and I felt obliged to read them.  I remember there being some interesting ideas, but they were pretty overblown with prose and ~~you are the only one for me~~ declarations.  Although the author swears she doesn't write romance.

I store all my stress in my neck and shoulderblade-area, so it's always a shock when they don't actually bother me. Congrats on your almost-normal lower back!  It's so tiring when your back hurts all the time.

I still can't decide if the headaches have been migraine or whiplash or even weather related; it could so easily be any of them.   I'd more or less just gotten used to having a low-grade headache all the time, so it's a nice change!

I can't seem to change a tire without taking off the top layer of skin somewhere on my hand. This was less painful than tearing up my knuckles, though.

Hey,I got to change a tire yesterday! And, as per usual when performing that operation, I scraped the shit out of the back of my hand on the ground.

All the recipes I found emphasized that you can pretty much choose your consistency, so I've been experimenting with how much water I add when I heat it up.  But I can definitely see how the consistency could be an issue; I can't stand rice pudding because of that factor.

I have met exactly two egg drop soups in my life that I liked; all the others have been too phlegmy and super-gross.  Hot & sour or wonton.

Eh, pretty good, Bob, for a wonder.  This is the first day in a loooong time I haven't had a constant headache, the chiropractic treatments seem to have kicked in all at once and I have almost zero neck/shoulder pain.

Co-signed. Dude is hot with his beard and Revolutionary clothing, and you can count on there always being comments about his boots and how they should never, ever go away.

Congrats! We got no raises this year, but I'm just being grateful that I don't work at Chesapeake Energy, as they just laid off 800+ people, 600+ of whom were in the OKC office.

Yay congratulations!
…on the job, not the shins.

I cooked AND baked for the first time in I don't know how long, because I haven't been eating enough to waste food by making a big batch of anything in advance.  This week I made chicken congee (which was SO EASY), barley with black beans, and ANZAC biscuits (which turned out a bit softer and less chewy than I

I hope you get an answer; this sounds pretty interesting.

In this car I have now, the air filter is sorta dropped in vertically, it's positioned in an awkward place, and you have to actually use a screwdriver to open the casing up to even get to the filter itself.  It's really annoying, after years and years of nothing more than unscrewing a wingnut.

I want to know how he managed to lock himself in the car, since Abby was right there doing police stuff. Or did she lock him in, in hopes of keeping him from wandering?

And the Winchesters never seem to have any scarring from all the cutting of hands and arms they do, either.
