Although I admit I would probably be more fastidious in another country, one where I knew my system wasn't used to all their brand of cooties.

Hodor's the DJ, Tyrion's the rapper?
No, I go the other way. I wash my hands in the bathroom, and after bathroom-related tasks, such as baby-changing and kid-nose-wiping, but am very lax in many many other ways, in terms of germiness. It just doesn't bother me. I worked daycare for many years, but the only thing I ever caught from the kids was pinkeye…
Yeah, that whole bit is fantastic. He really has the best deadpan this side of the Atlantic. And Sam's utterly crestfallen face is the cherry on top.
(I think mostly I just really like the word "abomination".)
I can take off days at my day job, but not the night job, so I can't actually leave town or anything. *sad puppy eyes*
"Sam, of course, is an abomination."
YAY! I am not "always" a flapper, but I have been a flapper at least three times since the eight grade; once I even went out and got my hair finger-waved. It took for-goddamned-ever, but looked awesome.
Everyone who is taking a real vacation is a butthead.
It's kinda rockabilly, which is either good or bad, depending on your rockabilly feelings. Mine are warm.
Oh I forgot! I did totally watch 9 to 5 on account of the article last week! Because I had to. Now I must away to my stupid office luncheon, and miss talking to youse guys.
Lookin' good, Mr. D Hawk. *wink*. All you need are the Buddy Holly glasses & you are all set.
I watched Pontypool and didn't much care for it; I liked the idea of something horrific going on out there that the audience and the viewers mostly only heard, but I thought the actual reveal/execution was poor and lost any tension.
I made Smacky's Spicy Noodles with Mushrooms from last week, and, as promised, they were fantastic! I used Japanese basil, soba noodles, shiitakes, and threw in some spinach & a couple of green onions, too. Thanks, Smacky!
Good night, creepy vacuous girl!
Drive-by glee: "99 Problems" has one of my favourite Cas lines in the history of ever, and that covers a lot of ground: "Sam, of course, is an abomination".
Needs MOAR SPIDERS dammit don't they know the spiders are the best part of Mirkwood?!
We were getting Sherlock jokes about Bilbo meeting Smaug approximately 15 seconds after the casting of Cumberbatch was announced.
Honestly I have seen that finale several times, and I totally felt bereft without the full season recap+Kansas. I was such a sad little fanpup.
Okay as long as you're getting the Kansas for season finales, all is right with the world. :) It's an ambiance thing, dammit.
