Fuck the continuation of the species.

That jumped out at me as well. I guess it would be too much to expect them to start making Tortoise and Achilles references.

Not!

Classic Horton. It's a little-known fact that he cut his teeth directing one of the segments in Amazon Women on the Moon. Maybe this will be like that.

They're obviously waiting for Robert Osborne to kick the bucket. Then, watch out!

I always found it amusing that Branagh made a comedy about a theater troupe bungling their way through a production of Hamlet right before mounting his own production of Hamlet (which even features some of the same actors).

Okay, I'll read the article, but I refuse to so much as glance at the comments on it.

I've seen A Midwinter's Tale

I'm just waiting for him to record an album of jazz standards so he can claim his Grammy.

Thanks, Egon.

I know what you're talking about. That's the one scene from this film that has really stuck with me to this day.

I know where I am. People should still keep the jackassery to a minimum when they're commenting on somebody's goddamn obituary. That's all I'm going to say on the matter.

Insensitive.

Regardless, why go around trumpeting your ignorance? Do you honestly think that's something to be proud of? To be the first person on the obituary of an obscure actress to announce to the world that you don't know who she is?

Back in 2006 Fox released a boxed set that included A Wedding, Quintet, A Perfect Couple and (inexplicably) M*A*S*H, thus leaving HEALTH orphaned for some goddamn reason.

You should know by now that that isn't a prerequisite for being cast in a Hollywood musical.

This is sad news. She really was terrific in A Perfect Couple (which deserves to be more widely seen). Rest in peace.

One of my favorite riffs from MST3K: The Movie:

I've seen Penn & Teller twice. They were terrific both times.
