How can you watch PR if complaining annoys you so much? Isn't complaining and bitchiness a PR staple?

I call Patricia "Crazy Eyes", and I bet someone in the editing room does that too, because it seems every time someone is speaking to the whole group of designers there's a cut to Patricia doing her Crazy Eyes.
