i couldn't agree more.  I know Idol is silly, but I really wish avclub had someone writing about this show who could actually stand it long enough to write something interesting about the performances and the true flaws and strength of all these talented kids (no, not michael jackson talented but certainly ahead of

I agree with you about Season 1 vs Season 2.  That being said, I like Season 3 more than Season 2.  With the exception of a few missteps  (poor characterization that rely on stereotypes), I find myself more drawn to the story arcs for each of the main characters, and I really embraced the new format.  Also, IMO the

Brody IS whatever the situation requires, He has to be just a blank void of a man with an impressive veneer.

also a healthy dose of Stockholm syndrome, prolonged isolation, religious indoctrination, and assimilation in to another under-siege culture topped up with true human bonding/transference of fatherly love that ends in tragedy… I say the show earned the moral ambiguity it is striving for….. however, it better not waste

sure eliza is limited, but sarah michelle gellar can be a fantastic actress.  You're nuts!

responsible?  have you heard him speak of this?  It would behoove you.

I'm not sure what there is to say.  I will say though, when they asked the viewers to close their eyes and name the sound they were playing.  I thought, "That sounds like meat slamming against a hard surface."  cut to "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs"  —- all credit goes to those two women who did sound for Titanic

Yes, it is.  Freudian psychoanalysis is most definitely a branch of Psychology.  Jaquces Lacan carried the torch for him and modernized a lot of his theory.

you're making the right point, but you've said it wrong.  no?

kaleidoscope:  Earlier in the episode she told him about her father and how at Christmas they'd see the nutcracker together.  She recalled the dancers were like looking into a kaleidoscope.

Silas and Shane are from Weeds! God!

agreed, I was going to comment the same because as stated the article is incorrect.
