Does the stuff in Oreo cream cost negative money to manufacture? I had to get some Famous Wafers for a recipe and a 9 oz. pack of those (which, if you've never seem 'em, are just oversized the-cookie-part-of-Oreos) was more expensive than the 14-15 oz. packs of Oreos.

I happened to get pregnant a couple months after my regularly-scheduled gynecologist visit, but otherwise yeah, I would've gotten a full vaginal/pelvic exam. And my doctor still has to poke around down there to check the size of the uterus and stuff, so if anything being pregnant means that she's recently seen my junk

Holy crap. Reading your comment, it suddenly dawned on me that Adler in Sherlock is basically the same as Mystique in the X-Men films.

ALSO ELEMENTARY SPOILER, KIND OF!

I'm interested in why you felt that Sherlock's treatment of Adler was better than Elementary's. Would you care to elaborate?

For the longest time, I thought I had hallucinated that show. I would occasionally get the theme song stuck in my head, but no one else (including my brother, who definitely watched it with me) seemed to have ever heard of it.

"I'll let those who have seen both be their own judge, but needless to say this viewer couldn't disagree more with the conclusions of this article."

I dunno, now I kinda want Jonas to be a three-headed monster comprised of the Jonas Brothers.

No, according to Inducks, but Fantagraphics is gonna start putting out a Don Rosa library next year, so I'm sure they'll collect it eventually. Your only other option is to find the single issue (Uncle Scrooge #342, which is the format I have it in). A quick search suggests that it's pretty pricy online, but you may

I really wish Boom!'s collected Life and Times would have included "The Old Castle's Other Secret or A Letter from Home" instead of "Dream of a Lifetime" in its companion volume. The latter is just like a Cliff's Notes version of the series, but the former is a much-needed coda with Matilda, who otherwise gets pretty

Yeah, Fantagraphics is putting out really lovely hardcovers of Barks' complete ducks work. This story titles one volume (I have no idea what volume number, as they're being released out of order), as does Barks' other big Christmas story, "A Christmas for Shacktown."

So, like every episode of Glee, then?

Just as the Good Book says!

To be fair, we don't KNOW that Jafar's kid isn't a psychic dinosaur. Dude can turn into a giant snake at the very least, which opens up a lot of possibilities.

No, they were thinking, "Welp, Hunger Games is super-popular right now, so if I write a similar story, it's more likely to get published."

Are you trying to say that Tobias wasn't the sexiest Animorph?

I tried to explain Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated to my father-in-law a few days ago, and his response was basically, "There's character development? That's terrible! Why would anyone want to watch that?"

Are you objecting to Teen Titans Go! being a comedy when the show it's based on was basically serious, or objecting to comedies on Nick in general?

Maybe she has a metal one or something?

@avclub-b27cf97c2e282465fba1406e71ffb55c:disqus It's mostly the folks who are really really serious about Quiz Bowl who get assholish, which means that A teams have more of a tendency toward assholery than D teams do.
