To be honest, Jeong didn't really earn much goodwill from me in the first place for his work on Community. All I really remember him doing on the show was a "look at me I'm unhinged" schtick, and a little of that went a looooooong way.
Production was going just fine until Luis Guzmán called them up and offered to appear in this season. Then it all went to hell.
