I was disappointed that the article didn't end "… we've been sucked back in time through science or magic."

I'll just leave this here: http://xkcd.com/37/
Todd's review of "Manhattan Love Story" is a thing of beauty.
Big brass bass, big brass bass!
I suspect that Finian's Rainbow would be a train wreck, but probably not the funny kind. Unless you like cringe comedy.
At least it was here.
I think my current inventory is four shows on Fox (Cosmos, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, New Girl, and Sleepy Hollow) and two on NBC (Parks & Rec and Hannibal.) I haven't regularly watched anything on ABC since "Lost" went off the air, and I haven't regularly watched anything on CBS since I broke up with a woman who liked…
Alas, that caption was too beautiful for this world.
As a Roman history nerd, I want to upvote this comment a billion times.
So far as I can tell, it was never released in the US — either theatrically or on Region 1 disc. I'd love to be corrected, though.
Enlisted's second season will be told non-linearly, with each episode focusing on a particular character. Also, the episodes can be viewed in any order (not really.)
"Do you have anything to say in your defense?"
"The Greatest Show On Earth" is kind of a weird documentary/drama hybrid, but that's the closest I can think of off the top of my head.
Fair enough. Maybe I dislike "Chicago" for the same reason I dislike "Seinfeld", and if so I'm OK with that.
Major movies released in 2002 that are ranked higher on Rotten Tomatoes than "Chicago": The Two Towers, Catch Me If You Can, The Pianist, About A Boy, Insomnia, Adaptation, Minority Report, Spider-Man, Talk To Her, Far From Heaven, City of God. I guess I can see why the Academy went for Chicago among the five…
Yeah, I was surprised nobody mentioned it in the article. I never understood why people liked "Chicago" either; it seemed to be all style and no substance to me. Maybe I should re-visit it and see if I can muster a shred of sympathy for any of the main characters, but I doubt it.
I milk the pigeons, I sometimes milk the sparrows too
It gives me a sense of enormous well-being
See, the thing about allowing users to follow shows is HEY LOOK OVER THERE A FIRE ENGINE!
"the Doctor travels the universe secure in the knowledge that everything he encounters will ultimately make sense in terms he understands."
I think Dan Feinberg said on his most recent podcast that "Gina is a sometimes food". Don't get me wrong, her character is the one I most consistently laugh at on the show. But she runs the risk of getting over-used unless they develop her beyond her current state, which is basically a distilled rampaging id.
