I don't think I've seen a nicer collective group than Pearl Jam fans.  Granted, I'm a huge fan, so I may be viewing them through rose-colored glasses, but I don't think I've encountered a friendlier group.

@avclub-0f0d67e214f9fef69b278e3d08114da9:disqus I just don't know what to do with my hands.

Yup, singing saw.  When I saw the reunited Olivia Tremor Control, it was a delight to see it come out.

It's Onion Joe Biden brought to life.

Like the sister in Boy Meets World who disappears for like 5 seasons.

I'm pretty sure he's not against electronica, just auto-tune and over-produced stuff.  Hence the contrast with his "recorded in a garage" album.

No talking, no new crap, "Taking Care of Business" now!

What I liked about Shame was that it was an addiction movie that didn't rely on the conventions we would expect—nothing about the cause, no big redemptive arc, no real lessons learned.  It's the middle part of addiction, before everything goes off the rails.  It's a man who has a routine, it worked for him, and then

Society is the WORST.

You didn't?

Dear Die Hard, you rock. Especially the part where that dude is on the rooftop. P.S. Do you know Mad Max?

Legitimately great news.  I was listening to the Deftones a couple of days ago and was wondering about his status.
