I really, really enjoy The Americans — it's probably tied with Mad Men as my second-favorite show of this year — but Hannibal's operating on another level entirely. But maybe next season the show will up its game, and Elizabeth and Philip will beat up a bear-costume-wearing Stan Beeman.

I quite liked "The Deal," the one with Anton. And not only because he was an Earth Jew! The scene of him being taken back to Russia was heartbreaking.

Those stories about the real life Marthas are going to haunt me. Horrifying.
