I've had that podcast on my iTunes for months and haven't listened to it yet!  I think this is definitely the occasion to check it out.  I love that Black Dynamite is developing the cult it deserves.

Yea, you're right!  It's been a while since I watched it but on the Commentary track I remember Scott Sanders talking about how all these editing mix-ups and movie-making moments that call attention to themselves essentially create a mythology and meta-story about the people "making" "Black Dynamite".  I forgot they

I am smiling.

So funny.  I love that the whole gang is right there with him cracking the conspiracy with their knowledge of the Zodiac, Greek & Roman Mythology, spelling things backwards, etc…  and Black Dynamite is just leading them along.

I've been listened to TWL a few times since yesterday, and I'd agree with you, @avclub-67ecacd4dc1657b8aaee17a41ddb4586:disqus . I'm loving the Summerteeth-style harmonies and back-up vocals, the diverse sounds/styles and the more dense textures.

But of course he did.  That's awesome (Dawesome?)

Agreed.  The chorus to "Dawned on Me" is so good;  a deceptively simple but straight-up great pop hook.

So, the correct response to an overreaction is an equal and opposite overreaction?
