Absolutely. Neil's behaviour isn't appalling and I never described it as such. I do, however, find his public declarations to be obnoxious and cloying. This new Neil wasn't like the old, pre-Amanda Neil. His transformation into middle-aged sap was surprising and it affected how much I enjoy his newer works.
