Agreed. A few years ago, my university did a conference on African-American experiences in rock music and Stew was one of the guests. There was a screening of Passing Strange and a Q&A with him. I'd never heard of it before, but it was a really great musical and he's a really talented guy.

I hate A Man Needs A Maid but that stems from production issues. I don't think it fits in well with the rest of the album. Same reason I don't care for There's A World. I think they work better in the versions from Live At Massey Hall.
