Tom Felton seems to be doing rather well playing snotty, officious assholes: Draco (natch), this, and the creepy racist older brother in Amma Asante's other recent film, Belle.

"Look at all the cake and presents." When they killed his character off, I was seriously done with that show. It was too much misery.

She really was incredible in Pride & Prejudice. Jane's a character that can easily go one-note or saccharine, but Pike imbues her with depth, sorrow, and even humor. It was an excellent portrayal.

Longmire is where I first saw him, and I've been so impressed with his work as Matthias. If you haven't yet, you should also check him out in the first season of Frontier on Netflix.

The casting for Bass Reeves was genuinely impressive. He just radiates calm, competent, justice—the perfect lawman and boss as fuck. I would gladly support a TV series about Bass Reeves with this actor.
