I love the dana plot, its probably my favorite of the whole season, because it fits in so well with the themes of this season. I never really had any problem with it though.

I think it was supposed to be shown in the conversation between nick and jess in the pool that it wasn't actually the PMS that was making her incompetant, but rather the selfdoubt after having been fired. The PMS was just an easy excuse/explaination.
