Michael has shown again and again that he has terrible taste in food. Remember when he thinks that Sbarro is authentic Italian cooking?

The employees treat his casual racism with bemusement rather than anger, and that reflects positively on Michael. They know he isn't really racist, he is just really ignorant.

"Hey Mr. Scott, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do to make our dreams come true!"

Or when he thinks Darryl embodies all the worst stereotypes of black people, yet still goes to him for advice.

Ryan Howard: What about this bottle of power drink?
Michael Scott: Uh, what flavor?
Ryan Howard: Blue.
Michael Scott: Blue's not a flavor.
Ryan Howard: It says, "Flavor: Blue Blast."
Michael Scott: Oh, Blue Blast. Yes, put that in the trunk.

Basketball and Diversity Day are both instant classics and are some of the best episodes of the show. I don't understand why the mediocre Hot Girl got a B+ while the amazing Basketball got a C+.

Yeah, I started hating Jim and Pam in Seasons 6, 7 and 8, but I'm going to chalk that up to terrible writing than the acting.
