That was a really good Sansa scene, but it kind of moved her character to a point much quicker than expected (maybe for the better?). Although the musician does appear for a while in the first book, so it's a pretty could callback when he's the fall guy.

True. That was quite the feat, because Jack was a huge dick in Season 5. His reasoning for the whole hydrogen bomb deal was pretty selfish and absurd.

Nikki and Paulo were kind of garbage characters, but their episode was pretty brilliant in a Rosencrantz and Guildenstern way. The way they get killed off is an incredible use of black comedy.

Yeah, I think Lilly was competent in the role, especially when she gets to do her action girl routine. It was basically the writing that failed the character. Kate was too one-note and defined by that one aspect of her past and her relationship with Jack/Sawyer.
