Some of these are just instrumental, but: Fringe, Justified, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (first season…the second season theme is growing on me, but it doesn't beat the original). Loved the Westworld theme when I first heard it, but the excitement of watching those opening credits slipped away as the season went on and failed

Hey, me too!

What? Best Christmas gift ever!

Thank you! I've seen a couple different digs at Nate Silver at this site, and it always bugs me because he was seemingly the only pollster maintaining that it would be a close(ish) race in the days leading up to the election. Just because he gave Hillary a 70% chance of winning doesn't mean he was 'wrong'; that's not

Thanks! I've decided which shows I want to add:

Agreed—I find that trend generally obnoxious, and was more annoyed at how they misrepresented the actual experience of hiking the PCT (mainly because I have a friend who's done it—I don't usually look to Gilmore Girls for verisimilitude). I was just amazed at how over-the-top the caricature was. Mainly, I was just fed

Though the return of the Life and Death Brigade was heinous (as was the fact that the show apparently expected us to be charmed by these pampered pricks), everything to do with Lorelai 'doing Wild' made me want to throw things at my TV. Sure, the book/movie have likely driven an uptick in people hiking the trail

Can I give my drop/swap now and my add shows later? I want to drop Bull and swap in Elementary

The extended beat of Josh scooping foam peanuts back over his head might have been my favorite moment of the entire episode, and that's saying a lot

Agreed—it's such an obnoxious trope. It takes away from the emotion of the story in order to focus on puzzles.

Since they're both set in Seattle and have a similar level of quirky charm, I can't help imagining Xavier ending up as one of the murder victims on iZombie. On the day the asteroid is supposed to hit earth, he would be murdered by…someone…maybe one of his creditors…by a large projectile, thus fulfilling his prediction

THANK YOU!! That lazy mistake on the show's part bothered me.

Aaagh I choose Bull over this for Cancellation League. Grrr.

Notorious

Agreed. A lot of the fall shows that I was excited about initially are getting to the point where they need to better develop and integrate the supporting characters. I do think the front office story could be interesting in its own right, running parallel to the Ginny story and often interacting with it, but they

After looking up what the stat was that he was talking about (WAR), I think he was saying that it was a number calculated by MIT Ross, so possibly just giving credit where it was due…but then MIT Ross looked a little mystified. So maybe the point was just that first-name Ross had a better handle on everyone's stats,

Good point! Bad advice all the way around. It's weird that Ginny didn't call her out on it, either. (Has Amelia ever given Ginny good advice? Or how about the time she went down to the dugout to try to get Mike to stop the coach from putting in Ginny—that was really professional. /s)

Poor MIT Ross.

Yeah, it's annoying how obviously out of her depth Amelia is as a sports agent, yet the show just expects us to go with it. It also sends such a bad message for Ginny, who's trying to be taken seriously as a ballplayer, to have an agent who only knows how to promote celebrities and nothing about sports.
