This week's episode of The Vampire Diaries, pilots of Bad Judge, Benched and Mozart in the Jungle, first two episodes of Over the Garden Wall, Friday's episode of The Amazing Race, as well as New Girl, The Good Wife, and now Revenge. Also, listened to Shovels and Rope's Swimmin' Time for the first time, finished The

"Say goodbye to THESE!"

Yes! Oh man, I always get a kick out of him being named Jack Shepard, but I either missed or forgot that the actor played Kate's attorney. Thanks for that trivia! Mitchell's character is also named Jules/Julia, though that's somewhat less of a coincidence. (Though doesn't Sawyer end up calling Juliet 'Jules' as

Completely forgot the Person of Interest connection! Which is funny, because Jim Caviezel and Michael Emerson are the two reasons I started watching Person of Interest. I love that movie so much.

Elizabeth Mitchell and Amy Acker sharing a scene together? ZOMG that needs to happen

I have to paraphrase a friend's Facebook status here: "Royals win Game 6. Royals 3, Bumgarner 2, Giants 1."

Is that really what they would have done with Locke had Eko stayed around? Then…how would his character arc have ended? Still tragically disillusioned in the Island, or would he have gotten a somewhat happier ending, like Ben's?

Totally agree. Now that they've established Jenny as a main character, there's no reason why she shouldn't be in every episode, especially since she's an interesting character in her own right, she has as much chemistry with Ichabod as Abbie does, and she gives Abbie more character depth beyond being Ichabod's

That frustrates me too. The show already has a very bare-bones cast, which they mostly get away with because the two leads are so great; but it does make it feel very flimsy sometimes if the plot of an episode isn't enough to hold it up. Which is why I was excited to see a new potentially recurring character, but

I think the actor pulls it off, but mainly because he seems to be playing a laid-back surfer type who just happens to be a treasure hunter of cursed objects. He doesn't have the angst of most Sawyer/Han Solo types (so far), which I like.

:) I'm thinking that I missed the joke in your original comment, but I don't care because I'm just happy to find another Happy Accidents/Next Stop Wonderland fan! Vincent D'Onofrio as a romantic lead…who'd have thought?

I've actually been waiting for the review and only just now remembered that it wasn't coming. Sad! And this week's episode gives me hope that the season may actually be pretty good, if never as good as the show used to be. I hope people keep posting here, because this is one show I love dissecting.

Oh, no, Adam Baldwin! That makes me sad.

Is that a thing, Brad Anderson parodies? The director of Happy Accidents and Next Stop Wonderland/The Machinist and Session 9? …and apparently a whole lot of episodes of awesome TV shows, wow thanks IMDB.

Watching the Royals wipe up the Angels!

Speaking of the show's race issues, how about the countless people of color they've introduced over the years, many of them witches, only to kill them off…and now it looks like the white witch twins, the most annoying characters ever, are staying.

Finally read Ender's Game! I loved it. Are the sequels (sequel?) worth reading at all? I feel like I've never heard much about them so I figured they're not as good as the first.
