It speaks to me, too, Jesus. It's a great fucking song.

#1 Look at our current President and think about the people who put him there. Hardly the audience for Lynch unleashed. I'm pretty sure Showtime was never expecting big numbers for this revival. And as others have noted, 1.7 is a damn good viewership for them.

I tend to think of them as the Focus Features of the 90s

I burst into tears watching it. Lynch being so visibly moved by the outpouring of love felt monumental.

I am really excited for You Were Never Really Here now. I admit I've had some difficulties digesting Ramsay's work in the past, but I will go all out for Joaquin playing a heavyweight.

If you just focus on the movement of her mouth, you would swear that you were watching the actual Bowie speak.

I haven't even bothered watching it yet because I was still reeling from Sunday's TP (watched pt 3&4 on Monday instead).

Her whispery grunt talking made the hair on the back of my neck raise up. Just super creepy.

I love how Andy turned into the Heat Meiser. Of all the weird performances, his has got to be the weirdest for me. Thank God for Hawk and the Sheriff Truman, Sr.

The first ten minutes of the third episode was like a loving homage to Jan Svenkmajer with a bit of Brothers Quay thrown in. It was fucking spellbinding.

I honestly don't know if I can turn off the lights tonight. Jesus, but that box scene was fucking horrifying. I am just wowed by those first two hours. So much more than I expected and I want to pinch myself that we 16 more hours of this.

Winky's Man thinks DoppleCoop is garbage and he knows it.

Was that Russ Tamblyn in the opening having the boxes delivered to his trailer?

I wouldn't go so far to call it one of the best shows (had a lot of issues with season two), but I'm with you that it was disappointing that AV Club didn't cover this season.

Definitely Eraserhead and a lot of Lost Highway. Even Balthazar showed up!

when she said she was too weak to go with Hawk I choked up.

I still burst into tears during that final scene every time I watch it.

Room A Thousand Years Wide is so gorgeous and Cornell's vocals on it are so deep and lush (tomorrow begat tomorrow). I wore that track out. Badmotorfinger is still at the top for me. It just left such an indelible impression. I blared it on my car radio until the windows shook and screamed-sang along. I'd play that…

"WHAT'S IN IT FOR …MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

I've stood directly in front of Cornell and gazed into those eyes and he was stunning. Just incredibly gorgeous.
