I didn't think that was the Dark Army that converged on her. In fact, from the back of the heads, the guy on the left looked like the FBI agent who hooked up with her. The one on the right appeared to be a woman.

I am a big fan of Greenwald, too, but listening to The Watch, especially post-After The Thrones, I realizr that having Chris Ryan around really tempers Greenwald's ebullience, although they both share a love of dropping as many pop culture references as possible into a single observation at dizzying Dennis

Seeing as you're my favorite kind of Garret Dillahunt and am powerless against your beardiness, I have no recourse but to agree with you.

Here's a slowed down version, courtesy of reddit

I haven't seen the latest X Men flick so I can't speak to his performance there but I've always felt that he and James McAvoy really elevated that series, beginning with X Men: First Class, which was the first time I actually gave a shit about the characters in an X Men film.

I was pretty gutted by Carrillo's demise, but part of me knew it was coming. That entire sequence was pretty intense, though. And I actually loved that scene of Murphy chasing after the suspect only to realize once he was lost that he was surrounded by locals who do not like him.

I get the sense that the cast - particularly Malek and Slater (and Esmail) - respect Greenwald and have a real affinity for him. AG really championed the show from the beginning, had both Rami and Sam on his show as guests and asked very insightful questions, where it was apparent he really studied the show.

That's how I took it, too. We saw Price at beginning of the season begging to be bailed out at the White House. I figured when he talked about being the most powerful person in the room he was referencing the Oval Office as one of the few rooms where he's NOT the most powerful. I don't think Philip would have the

No, his buddy took off as soon as he saw the shooter had also been shot. The guy was staggering. I think it's a bit of harikari. As soon as they are wounded, they've essentially failed their mission and the only "honourable" thing to do is take themselves out so they don't become a liability.

I never thought much of that sleazeball Colby, but my esteem for him took a big jump after he called Trump a cocksucker.

Yeah, it's pretty easy to tell the difference.

You know, now that I think about it, I believe they may have used that music before in season one, when Elliot helps break Vera out of prison and all the alarms are going and he opens up the trunk to find Shayla's body. It had the same effect on me - just deliriously high tension waiting for the shoe to drop. Really

And speaking of stunning, holy shit, Joanna. How did Elliot resist that?

Ah, she was telling them all about the best hero sandwich in the tri state area.

What I want to know is what the hell was Dom saying to them both to keep them in their seats while the cops were on their way.

That could very well be where I remember it from.

I'm watching it, too, and Andy has toned it down considerably. I like the banter between the cast.

I was paying more attention to Darlene's story so that I had no idea what the hell Elliot was doing with that Pringles tube. My heart kind of broke for Darlene, the forgotten kid growing up with the disturbed genius. That she loves her brother as much as she does says a lot about her.

Some people were suggesting it might be the Knowles place, which was interesting. We haven't seen Scott since he set a pile of money on fire.

What I appreciated most about that rant was that it had an effect on Darlene and she capitulated on her cold hard stance.
