He had them take the episode down because he realized how much funnier the edited video was and felt ashamed that his version was not nearly so brilliant.

It's better written in that it's better researched and makes more sense. 1984 completely defies logic. Also, I enjoy works of history.
Orwell was a bad fiction writer. 1984 is horribly overwritten and might work as fun sci-fi, but is terrible as any sort of actual warning about government. That book is about as applicable to the realm of politics as Star Trek 4 is to ecological preservation. And Animal Farm might have been bold and daring when he…
If I remember correctly, the first thing Katniss does when she gets her hands on a weapon in Catching Fire is to try and murder other children, so it's not like there wasn't some sociopathy on display there.
I'm here to help you edit your post. You should have just said "Peeta is a total snoozefest." Even "the thing" is a snoozefest because the author is terrible at creating tension.
Yeah, the only difference is that Katniss didn't have three dragons to back up her savior nonsense.
It's not the plot in the first book. It increasingly becomes the plot in novels two and three. It never quite takes over the plot, but it's certainly a major focus of whatever the third book is called.
@hungaryBear:disqus Pod is a relation to Ser Ilyn, the King's Justice.
Speaking of Jesus Christ, "Jesus Christ Superstar" is a pretty awesome piece of musical theatre.
I figured it couldn't be him - didn't see anyone with a devilock
Other than Robb and Ned, all the other Starks can still get back together… though SPOILERS SPOILERS Cat will be a crazy zombie and Bran will be, like, a tree person or something and Arya might not have a face. Still, reunion time?
Glenn Danzig was in this episode?
@avclub-3deae7321deafd837cee7c55bc02b58d:disqus You should check out a history book on the history of gender and sexuality (or at least Wikipedia) rather than referring to a movie. "ius primae noctis" has no basis in actual European history.
Jack Gleeson is pretty sexy. That he does not want to be a professional actor, but instead an academic makes him even sexier.
I've seen .gifs that imply it most certainly is going to happen.
@avclub-9bd5eb56846904f649391a1669b7b45f:disqus Mad Men is definitely as good a show as Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad. I would be tempted to say that Adventure Time is too, but it is so completely alien that any attempt to compare they is useless. I mean, comparing comedy to drama is hard enough, but comparing…
Wouldn't Sal need to get it out of his father's mouth?
For a moment I thought you meant The Oracle looked a lot like Benicio del Toro and I was like "Woah, that dude isn't as ugly as Benicio del Toro."
everyone who has mentioned PB's age and family:
I'll was under the impression that the sentient bubblegum IS PB. Or, at least will be her.
