Someone compared BMO to Abed in last week's thread. This week convinced me that Abed can access the land of Ooo in the Dreamatorium. There's no way he and BMO haven't run into each other in their dreamscapes.

The one thing that even comes close to potentially, minutely souring "What Was Missing" for me: poor lil BMO being left out of Finn's list of his best friends in the world. This episode confirmed that BMO's a sad, lonely lil robot.

I agree that it was kind of weak, but I don't think it misunderstood noir so much as it Chang on the Chang side of Chang.

A lot of comedies do a noir parody at some point. I thought this was great, if only for the sheer number of priceless BMO lines.

I dunno. BMO was playing the hard-boiled detective in a noir. That character was always male, so that's how BMO would play it.

Walt: Murderer, child-poisoner, meth king of the country. Not to mention, a petty, whiny narcissist who let his partner's girlfriend die of vomit choking and is presently relishing in the emotional abuse of his wife.

I've already said my peace about the Adventure Time scene, but I didn't find the BB scene satisfying either. Skyler wasn't putting Marie in her place. She was exploding from being trapped in a potentially hopeless situation. It was more depressing than satisfying, especially with Walt's sly, vicious follow-up…

I dunno, we've seen her go out before (when she got rained on). Still seems like a reach to me.
