I realize that gay marriage was legalized in NY last June, probably close to the time the episode was filmed.  So, no, the prop 8 ruling does not affect Diana's ability to get married directly—apart from seeing her future marriage legally recognized by ~40 million more residents of her country.

I felt this was a step up from the last couple of episodes.  The banter showcased the rapport between the main players in various combinations and the resulting humor didn't feel forced.  I don't think I'll ever fully get over my resentment of how Sara was shoehorned into the canon of the show and I think her

Not a bad episode per se, but it's unfortunate that Elizabeth had to be dumbed down to that extent.  After two weeks of everyone getting along splendidly I need to see some conflict reintroduced.  Not sure how they can build up enough momentum towards the obligatory "best-ever" cliffhanger at the end of the season.

I really like this show, but watching this episode felt like sitting in a circle of WhiCo writers, being poked with sticks, and constantly asked "Did you get that?  Did you see what we did here?"  Oy.
