Don't AVClub reviewers say that the letter grades are not about comparing films to each other, but instead whether a movie succeeded in what it set out to do?
Problem is it's not really available, is it? I don't think anyone ever released the whole series, and it's not streaming or being re-run anywhere as far as I can tell.
I guess, but if you really want the Chris Elliot sensibility, it's all about Get a Life and the classic David Letterman appearances. They're on youtube.. His Marlon Brando, Marv Alpert and Jay Leno are my favorites but there's a lot more to love.
Yeah but the books are grounded in reality, and the superstitions reflect the superstitions people of the rural south held at the time. They may tell ghost stories but they don't live in a world where ghosts are real.

Also none of this matters because we know how it's going to turn out. At least Caprica was interesting because it depicted their society when it was functioning and how they got to the point where the robots took over.
We were supposed to be rooting for the BSG humans because they were the last humans in the universe and presumably related to us. The fact that there were already humans on earth who developed on their own kinda trashed that whole notion.
