I really enjoy this album
Some of the songs are a lot of fun and I really loved his hard rock re-imagining of "I had lost my mind…"

@ Know Thyself—-

Love his observation of Barney Miller
Man, after the lame first season, that show was televised fire.

LOVE THE MODERN LOVERS/JONATHAN RICHMAN. Richman is the most criminally underrated pop/rock songwriter of all fucking time. Since he's usually singing about Rocking Leprechauns, or Abominable Snowmen in the Super Market, critics tended not to take him seriously.

Nirvana was only a 5-6 year cultural "fad." (I know someones going to tear me a new asshole for saying it). My friends who are Nirvana fans don't listen to them anymore, except if "Rape Me" or Heart Shaped Box happens to pop up on the radio. I think you have to also look at record sales. It goes against every hipster

Blame it all on my roots.

I saw Mike Tyson sing "In The Air Tonight" once when I was in Vegas with my bro's. He wanted us to return his Tiger, but some little Asian man with an imaginary penis kept getting in our way.

Okay, I'll bring them up: Grizzly Bear is awesome.

In high school, a friend used to call them "A Fag Inside". Not very clever, but it makes me smile.

Street Fighter IV: Any good?
Recently got it for my new PS3 slim and haven't had a chance to crack that sucker open. Is it good?

That's pretty awesome. They should have named it that.

I'll take the other stance: Push by Sapphire is great reading. You can finish it in a sitting…it's inhumane, shocking, but one of those lovely underdog stories the voters go ga-ga over.

When it mentioned bibliodick I inexplicably recalled the Squid and the Whale, when the kid jizzes on his hand and wipes it on the book spines.

I'm having a rap nerd freak out moment.
Move along. Nothing to see here.

At least this project will give some traditional animators some work.
Interesting premise format wise…maybe it won't be so bad?

"But the victim forgave him"
Many victims of domestic violence/sexual exploitation want to drop charges during the prosecution process. Battered wives, out of fear of getting hurt even more, or needing the courage to go with the long court process, often want "to just forget it and move on." The fact that she

The victim didn't want "everyone to move on from this" until only recently, as a middle-aged adult woman. it either says pay-off or the fact she was tired that people would interview/follow her constantly to ask her about the case every time Polanski makes a movie or wins an award (i.e. The Pianist)

Exactly. Not to mention the $$$ involved sometimes for the victim to all of a sudden chime in and go "it's cool, drugging me and having sex without my consent is just Roman being Roman! Can't we all be friends?" while going to the bank with a check.

Polanski was/is a great artist. His films are some of my favorites in the history of cinema— unfortunately it looks like he'll be sharing a bed now with Bubba and taking finger painting classes. And if you fuck a thirteen year old child and spend the next 30 years continuing to make films and live comfortably, you
