Holy shit, Uma Thurman finally got to him.
I Love New Cult Canon
I love the fact that I haven't watched most of these movies (I'm not going to play the "hipster pretend" game and attempt to say otherwise), but Scott's critiques inspire me to check them out 99% of the time. Cheers on a great feature.
That's not a word.

Thirteen has an 82% on rottentomatoes based on over 140 reviews. So saying she "sucks" is a bit of a stretch, but yes, her output since has been all over the place and vaguely ridiculous…I totally remember the Whale Rider girl playing the Virgin Mary. Classic.
Probably because most critical attention spans are that of the dog in "Up" — "SQUIRREL!" — Point taken, the movie thirteen was praised by a critical majority at the time. Those involved were even on Oprah, for chrissakes.

Modell is definitely on to something.

"There he is!"

I Never Saw the Movie, So Forgive Me

I was angered at first, but the Richter laugh track actually grew on me to a point where I found myself chuckling everytime he laughed at anything Conan said. It was oddly sweet.
I really don't care for the new studio. The whole production just seemed to have that dirty, overblown sheen of a Hollywood production. His lighting was ridiculously bright (hopefully they fix this…hey guys, Conan is pale and a redhead) … and part of the charm on the old show is that Conan seemed to be working in a…
Oh man, is Undercover Brother an underrated film, kjohnson…without snark I rented that five years ago and found it amazing.
No. Even Wayne's World sucks though it seemed like a good idea at the time. I'm an "I watched Wayne's World" denier now.
"Lonely Planet" ??
"Sandberg"??"
