The whole Rebecca thing… eh. I didn't expect the scope to be so huge and I'm sure the actress is gonna be pretty well as the evil lady, presumably the most evil the show has dealt with, but once again, EH.

I really dug The Governor the last few episodes, and most of his time in season 3, so overall I'm pleased with how they portrayed him. Like others have stated, it's just the overall demeanor of the man. The way he just stared, and I'll have to watch it again, but he rarely smiled, and the actors face itself is slightly unsettling.

I actually very much enjoyed Bundsch as a villain, joining the other notable characters this show has created.
