It's a shame that more Voice contestants don't have mainstream success, because many of the are miles beyond the people on the radio today. Nicholas David, Javier Colon and Dia Frampton are all people would I would be happy to hear in regular rotation on the airwaves, and I'm actively hoping for great success to come

I actually like that they're sticking to just one host while still heavily featuring the other correspondents. It'd be a little too much like a roadshow if they switched it up all the time.

I think John Oliver is doing a great job. It has to be incredibly intimidating to step into Jon Stewart's shoes on one of the most popular shows among a key demographic. It's also tough to follow someone who is SO sharp and SO capable of waxing on about just about anything, regardless of script. John's doing a pretty

Because tired people break and act like jerks, which makes for good tv apparently.

Yes! Total rip off of the Mia piece on SYTYCD Canada. It was all I could think of the entire time I was watching it and the comments just made me cringe.

Monica was my favourite for the entirety of the series, and Chandler a close second, especially when they got together. I like the rest, but I never "loved" them in the way I love those two.

There's no need to be mean spirited though, honestly. They didn't do great with the opportunity they had - this is not news to them. It doesn't need to be rubbed in, in such a childish, bullying way.

I would skip season 4 and just assume nothing has changed between 3 and 5.

I'm pretty freakin' stoked about all of this.
Except for that commentary track. That sounds unnecessarily cruel toward the season 4 showrunners.

I love Voyage Home so much, it's ridiculous. I'm not such a fan of the other TOS movies, but that one I can watch all day every day.

It's also worth pointing out (to me, anyway) that the women on DS9 and Voyager kicked the asses of all of the women on TNG and the Original. There are obvious reasons for this based on the year that the shows were made, but I like a tough woman who can stick up for herself, and ladies like Kira, Jadzia, B'Elanna,

I'm so opposite to the rest of the world on this stuff.

This is a great list. I would also add:

Definitely Netflix. It's well worth your time, especially in the later seasons.

I grew up with Voyager and it's unquestionably my favourite of the four series (I refuse to acknowledge the existence of Enterprise). The female captain is the first and only I've been able to relate to, and the show has B'Elanna, who is, in my opinion, the most compelling character to ever come out of Star Trek (as

The problem is people can do any range of heinous things and still be idolized by their fans. What's the limit, though? You'd think there has to be a point where even the most ardent fans say, "Okay, that's

I agree, MJ is beloved for his music, but he's still hailed as an icon and you can't really get away with mentioning the fact that he was a total fuck up later in life. It's like the death magic eraser. It's the same for Whitney Houston (who thankfully only fucked herself up).

Remorse doesn't make up for it though. It's one thing to accept that he's sorry and empower him to become a better person. It's another entirely to idolize and hold a guy up as a symbol of peace and a brighter future. The guy wrote the most sanctimonious song in the history of the world and now people think he's the

This is true. So far Mel Gibson hasn't redeemed himself, although if he keeps his mouth shut for a little while, that could easily happen.

Amen.
