He called it the Sioux Falls Massacre in S1, didn't he?

I thought all Hanzee was given was the Social Security card — not a photo.

The close-up looks like Hanzee's hand on the card. I've read speculation that Ricky (? the young guy with the dark glasses) might be S1 Tripoli, and the age is right.

I rewatched and no, he didn't hear it from Ed and Peggy. He told Floyd on the phone that he tracked them to the motel, which he did. All he had to do was see one police car go to a motel. He was already watching when the parade showed up, but there was probably one cop there earlier to reserve the rooms and clear

I turned it off when Jay was caught watching football (we all knew that's what he was doing). Wanted to turn it off sooner — it was too hard to believe that any of them would agree to participate in this encounter session, or whatever the hell it was. Risk showing deep emotions — in a group setting? These people

Will we ever find out why Bear had a cast on his arm? I thought I missed something earlier but rewatched the first episode and the cast is there from the beginning. Also noted on rewatch that Dodd says he has four daughters. Where are the other three?

Maybe not reheating so much as keeping the first batch warm while he fixes the second batch. Unless you have a big griddle, you can't make enough for everyone at once. This way, everyone gets to eat at the same time.

I read somewhere that Rosebud was Hearst's pet name for a certain private part belonging to Marion Davies. It'd be interesting to know Welles' thinking process, to go from there to a child's toy.

Is that who that was? I thought it was Dann Florek. Cool.

Wasn't Dann Florek the new LEO with Hank? Not sure what jurisdiction he was with, state or local.

I didn't see that, and I watch previews. Floyd is no longer at the police station and there's no reason for her to go back there, with or without Simone. And Ed in the phone booth — he's the same Ed, no dimmer or brighter than before — he's showing some confidence — or bravado, whatever it takes to get out of the

I get'cha. But I think the room works because the people Hank knows respect him enough not to question why he keeps those doors closed. And they're too polite to ask. What bugged me was Molly calling for the cat. Just put the food in the cat's dish. The cat will find it.

He lives alone, few visitors. When he wants to see Molly and Lou, he goes to their place. Or if he does have visitors, they hang in the kitchen, like normal people.

I think he's either resistance or has his own agenda. There's no way that truck wouldn't have been stopped and thoroughly searched unless someone high up wanted it to get through.

I'm hoping he's a double agent, and I'm hoping that the obergrupenwhatever is too. Because Rufus Sewell can't be a bad guy on my TV. He's obviously okay with the film making it to Canon City. The question is why.

Did Dre not look in the mirror before leaving the barbershop? Why did Bo tell everyone to get out of their Empire outfits and then go put one on herself? Can Bo not stop crying long enough to get a decent Christmas card photo? She actually sends those out? Why do I expect logical behavior from sitcoms?

I know what you mean. I convinced several people to start watching The Wire, and they started with season five.

Then maybe I'll try another episode. I watched for the first time — because if AV reviews it, it must be good, right? I thought it was awful.

Weird to complain about something on this show as "silly", but wanting Phil 2.0 in the stocks is silly. His "crime" was to tell the truth — that he loves Carol. Yeah, it wasn't cool to sleep with Ericka if he didn't truly care for her, but it wasn't a crime.

Was there an explanation for the condition of Sarah Lippman's body? She'd disappeared the day before her body was found, but the body looked like it had been simmering in a swamp. People who've been dead for a day don't look like that. (Don't ask me how I know.)
