a really interesting thing to think about would be IF Skyler didn't give the 600G to Ted (which she did, as noted above, because, poor lamb, she thought the biggest threats were the IRS and the authorities) and they did run, how soon would Walter's "narrow escape, I swear, never again, thank the Lord, never again"…

After the one-two punch of Gretchen and Anya winning, the judging has been nuts for over a year (and that's 2 years on the Project runway calendar). 
Obviously in opinions personal taste is personal taste, but I'd say the over-all impact was the decider: Irina looked better than usual, and Anya worse.

this review was a bit crap, to be honest. There should have been more digs at Kenley, Mila and  the awkward product placement, at the very least.

bit harsh. For all we know, she went back to the rooms, the other three roomies gave her a hard time, she (off camera) asked the PAs if she could ring home (on an HP device, of course) for a little support, they said no, and she decided to bail.
