Well Bob gushed over Pete to Joan a couple weeks ago (in the shorts).

There, that's the line of this discussion section. No need to read any further.

Know who I liked the best? You're gonna think I'm crazy. Gina!

He's so unlikeable, but yes, definitely one of the best characters on the show. It's crazy how good of a job Kartheiser does, and how committed he is to making sure any random person who sees him on the street will hate him.

F you, now I want that to be what happens and it's not going to!

I was all confused why he went so far to be on Joan's good side, but then it probably was just to keep his job. And he probably niced everybody up just to eventually meet Pete. Everything seems like it should make sense, but there still seems like there's something more.

Yeah, it was weird how pissed off he got over a simple misunderstanding (obviously he cares about how people perceive him and all, but still).

Lizzie Borden Watch!

Their brains IBM.

Everybody pulled their socks up, everybody let their hair down

"It’s enough to make a lifelong Googler want to switch to Bing."
Lifelong Googler = nobody over age 15?

Zevon was beyond "facing down death" though. He WAS going to die.

“I'm a triumph of modern medicine, physics, and chemistry”
God dammit, he's even cool recovering from major surgery

I did enjoy the visual reference to Roger with the butt-stare

I've got nothing. You win.

I did enjoy Pete finally letting loose with a hearty "Fuck it all" as the episode closed.  Maybe a little too obvious of a song choice lyrics-wise, but it was fitting.

"Can you do the voice?…PLEEEEAASSSEEE?!?!?!? WHY NOT?!?!?!?!?"

Wise words, and very nice use of pronouns this time around!

Jean seems like she was such a lovely person.

You mean she wasn't in that?!?
