What if they reveal the Grounders have been keeping Cage in a pen, pumped full of Reaper-juice, forced to fight in gladiatoral battles, with a chainsaw where his hand used to be?

If I were Emerson, I'd be worried if the only person with control over Mount Weather's security system was Cage Collossal-Screw-Up Wallace.

People have already talked a bunch about the other things I loved about this episode, so I'll just mention this:

Bellamy's gone rogue every episode of the season so far. While he eased up on the "Whatever the hell we want" thing pretty quick, he's still not exactly an order follower.

Given that Bellamy's doing the opening narration now, you could argue that they're setting up Clarke and Kane to be HIS antagonists.

We know they have missiles inside the bunker. Technically, a self-destruct could just mean launching one of the missiles while keeping the missile hatch closed. We've seen that Mount Weather is really a pretty fragile place.

My prediction for the season finale absolutely involves Clarke sitting on a throne. How it happens and in what context, I do not know, but I've just got a feeling about it.

I dunno, so far he's been pretty reasonable, all things considered.

Cross your heart and hope to die? Get acid fog inside your eye?

Last episode, they said there were sixty-something Farm station survivors. Thirty-something of them were in Mount Weather. So about half of them bought it.

I was thinking more:

Lexa: "I go floating in the lake at least once a week. It's very relaxing."

You've got to have more than one person who knows the codes in case the President falls down some stairs or something.

Raven and Sinclair definitely gave me my misty-eyed moment for the episode.

I was seriously expecting them to get the code and save Mount Weather at the last second. I know this show has pulled that rug out from under us so many times before, but it still gets me every time!

Even if they didn't trust Echo, warning the delegation just in case is obviously the right move. And once they saw the two dead guards, they had to make a decision on the spot, and as much as I love Bellamy and Octavia, they are very much bulls in china shops.

I realize the Grounders don't really seem like a printing press sort of society, but I would be SO happy if we got to see a Grounder tabloid speculating on their relationship.

Felicity: "First Sara, then Ray, then John's brother . . . who's shocking return can we look forward to next?"

I love that Laurel brought up how, given everything else they've faced, a shapeshifter making themselves look like Roy isn't outside the realm of possibility. She only found out about time travel last week, after all.

If anything, dirtier.
