A chronological time travel story is actually a really interesting idea.
Too bad even the most dedicated uber-fan doesn't have the wherewithal to do a chronological recut of Lost. Now THAT would be awesome.

Depends what you mean by "give that person a platform". If that person wants to use a university auditorium or some other sort of official venue, that's definitely something the university can deny them; sheer logistics mean that not EVERYONE can speak at one of those, and if you're gonna turn some people away, you

See, I think "political correctness" IS a pretty awful choice of words. I don't know the actual origins of the term, but to me the word "political" brings to mind politicians, and how they'll try to conceal any controversial opinions they have that might cost them votes. So being "politically correct", to me, implies

If the person's an actual ISIS representative, that means they're a member of a criminal organization, so what they say isn't actually important; their affiliation means that the police should be called immediately.

I gotta disagree with Rick: you CAN see a thematic connection between the two stories, in that both involve a conflict between who people are and how others perceive them. That's more obvious in the Beth & Jerry story, but it's also present in the Tiny Rick story, since everyone sees him as an upbeat teenager (despite

Okay, seriously, what's with all the Season 3 hate?

She does make reference to everyone who ever lived in the house having been murdered.

No, that has to go to the trampoline plot from the first act of "Bart's Inner Child".

Guy Incognito may be one of the most inspired jokes the Simpsons ever did.

Any chance the series finale will have Wiggum get fired so we can finally get that Chief Wiggum, P.I. spinoff?

1) One note characters without much going for them. Not at all like Lunchlady Doris, Jimbo & the Bullies, Helen Lovejoy, Luigi, the Sea Captain, Dr. Hibbert, Comic Book Guy . . .

Are we abbreviating the word "paragraph" to just "graph" now?

And when the house is destroyed, they take Marge back up on her offer to return the check, rather than insisting she keep it. By Ned Flanders standards, that's practically cutthroat ruthlessness.

Lenny as head of the power plant was easily the funniest thing ever done with him.

In a way, Lionel Hutz in this episode is a call back to his first appearance, where he was a completely unscrupulous but seemingly competent shyster (if not for Marge's honesty, he would have won the Simpson family a cool million). Complete and total incompetence quickly became Hutz's trademark, so it's interesting to

Let's not forget "Marge vs. the Monorail" where an anchor being pulled by the monorail seperates two conjoined twins with zero blood.

I'm surprised to hear that Troy McClure was more popular than Lionel Hutz. To me, Hutz always seemed like the much funnier character.

Totally agreed.
"I've had it with your renegade ways, Simpson. You're a loose cannon!"

Let's slip in one "It's Not Unusual"
