Iron Man 3 is really very good so long as you tune out all the parts where they try to build character and just treat it as a dumb action/comedy. There's no way I could dislike the movie that gave us that Mandarin reveal.

Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers
"Living Conditions", "Pangs", "Something Blue", "Hush", "Superstar", "Restless": Season 4 was a comedic motherload.
That would definitely be my choice. "Puppet Show" is good and "Prophecy Girl" is fantastic, but the rest of that season it's clear they hadn't quite figured out how the show worked.
Fun fact: the Tree was actually forced to be "The Giving Tree" as community service to make up for what it did in "The Evil Dead".
How 'bout "Bartleby the Scrivener" as a sitcom where a slacker called Bartleby is always finding new ways to avoid doing work, much to the comical frustration of his boss?
I always wondered if It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia was secretly a true story.
Or if there were some website where we could stream episodes the day after they air.
Alas it is but a dream.
Too bad Bruce Wayne's not yet a scientist, or he might be able to do something about that monorail.
Everyone's panicked reactions to the squirrel in the house are the highlight for me.
I saw it as a kid and rewatched it again recently, and I think it still totally holds up. Christmas Vacation is still better though.
BATMAN! I mean, LEADER!
That's actually why Lisa is my favorite character: unlike Homer and Bart (and to a lesser extent Marge) Lisa is supposed to be intelligent, so they can't do standard "stupid person does a stupid thing" jokes with her; that forces the writers to be more creative with Lisa's material.
That last part, where Homer acknowledges that, no matter who wins, he'll claim to have always supported the winner, and will taunt both his wife and his other child incessantly for losing . . . it's both incredibly hilarious, and puts most subsequent "Jerkass Homer" moments to shame.
So all those times Homer strangled Bart, those didn't cross the line?
"Lost Our Lisa" really is an underrated little gem, especially since it does something The Simpsons does so rarely: have the entire episode take place over the course of a single, very busy day.
I don't get what makes Homer more jerkass here than in the past. For my money, "Lisa On Ice" (which you mention) is Homer at his all time most despicable. Here, he's really just a big kid who doesn't quite grasp how dangerous everything he's doing is.
The A.V. Club
"It would take days to recount the events I've witnessed. So, settle in."
That's the plan!
I don't really get this obsession with watching video or playing games or reading books on your phone. Maybe it's just 'cause I don't get out much, but if I'm enjoying a piece of entertainment, I want it to be somewhere where I've got a comfy seat, few distractions, and can really immerse myself in it.
