Yes, I believe that was the exact message.  He is decidedly show-oriented in his messaging.

Executive Producer Neil Goldman sent a vague "And we're back" tweet a few minutes ago.  I've been refreshing three different pages every five seconds waiting for an announcement.

Here and in other reviews, the writer seems focused on how great it is that the Volkoff fortune will not serve as an easy fix for the show.  How would having unlimited/unrealistic resources be different than any other season of this show?  Really, why introduce this contrivance in an already shortened season that the
