The book wasn't super accurate, I read that Paulie or the Pesci character raped Henry's wife while he was in jail. Though, to be fair, I don't think that was known til 4-5 years later.

I think everyone who had a direct stake died or was in jail by the time he was semi-public. The West Haven restaurant surprised me though, seems a little East Coast.
