It always feels so appropriate that Cruise is shorter than Kidman in "Eyes Wide Shut", seeing as she ultimately has the upper hand.

Like the article says, it doesn't seem like she forced her way into the spotlight, pleading and begging with her father for the role, it seems more like Coppola just asked her because he was stuck and she felt obligated.

Aaaaaaaaand now she's going to get a spanking for being a naught girl.

Yeah, well Andrews is still alive whilst Warner and Hepburn are dead. So I think we all know that SHE was the one with the last laugh…

Audrey Hepburn - Breakfast at Tiffani's

The negative reviews just seem needlessly attention grabbing. It's a shame the website feels the need to fall to these tactics lately. The Dissolve has just the kind of keen insight into the films, whilst The AV Club film section pales in comparison. Mood and characterisation used to be the site's bread and butter,

Goosebumps and AYAOTD tend to blend in as one in my mind, although I think Goosebumps always had the scarier episodes - some of those scares still stick with me.

Wow man, you're just too edgy for all of us. While we were watching kids shows, this guy was watching cutting social commentary that went way over his head. You're just out of my league, man. None of us will ever be even close to how cool you were as a kid.

The one without a happy ending that I remember the most is the one with the twins from Sister Sister (I know their names, but have no idea how to spell them and am way too lazy to google them). It's about lizard people or something(?) that stay lizards forever if you spray water on them. The main girl has a clone that

That one was the one I thought about when I clicked on the article. He was like a jester, and wore yellow and blue. His face was also yellow and this blue liquid oozed from his mouth. That seriously frightened me as a kid. I'm not afraid of clowns, but his depiction was so grotesque, intense and terrifying.

Redacted.

In the UK and Ireland, I think it was on at 6 every night (excluding weekends). I remember so well the excitement of getting to sit down and watch the show…and subsequently shit my pants.

Be Coach Taylor!

I can't believe that I'm crying from a piece by Sarah Silverman. That's really beautiful. The bond between a dog and their owner is so strong and it's clear that Silverman really loved Duck. It might seem silly to people that have never had a pet, but it's so easy to form a loving bond with them - they listen to you

I'm inclined to say that the second album just feels like noise. I know that's kind of a criticism of their first album, but on Reign of Terror, all of the songs just sounded so shapeless.

I really hope that's still happening, but right now, the most excited I am for a HBO show that hasn't yet made it to pilot is David Milch's The Money.

At the TCAs I'm pretty sure HBO said a third season was basically a lock.

I've always found that scene so devastating. Michael has such a sad, sad story at his core. He is alone, and although his actions have made him that way, it's nonetheless heartbreaking when the show decides to take his friendlessness out of their bag of tricks.

I didn't laugh once and the story isn't nearly compelling enough to carry it. Actually, the story is terrible, merely a coat rack to hang all the unfunny jokes off.

Oh no, I enjoyed the original, which was gleefully silly, but the first part of the sequel was rubbish. Just so stale and unfunny. It was like they were barely even trying to make jokes.
