I'm going to college in a few months and I realised today just how fucked I am. I cannot cook. I'm really terrible at it. I lead a healthy life-style so I really don't want to just eat bad but convenient food all the time.

Lobsters are delicious, but I really don't know if I could kill one. Not that they're "cute" or anything, but it just seems like such a horrible way to die.
You are so cool.

That was definitely a weak episode, but I must admit than in her worst moment, after verbally abusing a midget and running for the bus, she falls flat on her face and it's hilarious. Valery may have been terrible at physical comedy but Kudrow is fantastic at it.
Since this WoT is generally a wasteland during the Summer months, here seems a good a place as any to go through what I'm watching. This week, I intend to get through two highly influential and controversial HBO shows - Sex and the City and The Comeback.
She was pretty great on the first season of The Killing too. It wasn't her fault the show became unbearable.
The Dundies is one of my favourite Office episodes ever. I know the reviewer doesn't have to agree with the audience, but literally all the greats so far (Diversity Day, Basketball, The Dundies) Erik has been completely indifferent towards.
I saw an interview with some head guy from Showtime where he said that he preferred to not spend obscene amounts of money on his shows like HBO. It makes sense, from a business point of view, but whilst all of HBO's shows look incredibly polished, well directed, and very different from each other, all Showtime shows…
I presume everyone here is familiar with the opening scene of 28 Weeks Later. How amazing would a film be if it focused on connected vignettes all across the world, with some sort of over-all arc. I would watch the shit out of that.
Yeah, I was gonna say Stranger than Fiction but it appears someone beat me to the punchline. I don't think it's the greatest film ever, but it's a sweet and somewhat original rom-com.
I'm a guy, but I always felt strangely connected to Kim. In a way, I was like Lindsay, but that rage that Kim has is so deep in me. I'm an angry person.
Embarrassing Stories Thread (Friends' houses edition)!
Seeing as this comment only has 6 LIKES, it does not bode well for a future for Super Friends here at the AVC.
"Costume party".
Pam's arc of discovering herself is really one of my favourite things on TV ever. Her art show, Karen, the beach speech. They're all just perfect moments of Pam trying to make some sort of shitty life from the bad situation she created for herself with Jim and Roy at the end of season 2.
That is a terrible attitude. I'm sure a lot of your favourite actors/directors/show-runners are dicks, but that doesn't control how I feel about their works. West is talented, I couldn't care less about his public persona.
Rolling Stones had a review up almost immediately. The struggle between the temptation of page views and integrity sure is tricky.
You stole this from Reddit!
YES! This! I was always the bright but loner guy in school (and still am) and Rory's outburst just clicks with me. The same with "The Deer Hunter" from S1. I love it when she gets to shit all over people sometimes and just release some anger.
