We get Homeland on Tuesdays whilst those silly plebian Brits have to wait until Sundays. For shame!

In Cold Blood is awesome. It started me into an exploration of the crime genre though its excellence was hard to match with what was to be found at the local book store.

I've loved all of McCarthy's stuff but his only work that I could call a "slog" was The Orchard Keeper. It was really beautifully written, with some incredibly detailed scenes, but the storyline was barely existent. I kept waiting for more to happen, but it just kind of meandered beautifully along without much

I started Lolita on Monday. I'm incredibly busy with school at the moment so I can only make it through 30 or so pages a day but I'm really loving it. That pedophile sure knows how to handle prose. Exquisitely written.

I completely agree. I really loved season one too. I mean, season 2 is a perfect season of television for me, so it's going to be slightly better than the first season, but season one was also quite magical and terrifically unique.

Not only did she become a person, but she was also completely kick-ass. They didn't overload her with sappy sentimental material. They gave her a sense of humour and depth.

I saw online that Mike White reads our comments on the site, so may I just say that Enlightened is the best show on TV. A phenomenal exploration of what TV can do.

If only life were that fair. I read an interview with White where he basically said that he doesn't expect to be able to get this much freedom again. It's hard to imagine another station to have such a daring show as Enlightened.

You're wrong. Season 2 of Mad Men is phenomenal.

I didn't know Radha Mitchell also spoiled the first season of In Treatment!

In the syndicated version in the UK and Ireland, Mr. Burns just says "Hello Smithers". That's not a joke you fools!

But you don't need to worry about the time change, because you'll be DVRing BB and watching Enlightened live. Right? Please?

What? I think you misread what happened. The rapist had their revenge…

I'm so stoked to see this (I'll show myself out).

Really? That's what I imagine @avclub-eaff9f19dbfd5c5a5807b5dbfa656ec9:disqus to smell like, mixed with the scent of new Apple products.

You guys have so many different types of breads. I'm completely jealous. Where I'm from, we pretty much only have white and brown.

I basically gave up all sugary and fatty foods for Lent. I miss nice food.

When I'm nearing towards the final kilometer and one of their songs starts, it makes me feel like Rocky.
