I saw Argent and Blunstone at the Abbey in Chicago a few years ago. Rod was funny and engaging when I met him; Colin, a little spacey and McGuinn/Brian Wilson-ish in terms of not being there completely.

I would substitute Rubber Soul for Pepper, but otherwise, yes indeed.

I hope Keough's character wrestles another girl in white cotton panties while her "boyfriend' and a bunch of other guys watch.

Neil Hefti did the theme. Riddle did the incidental music.

Mash-up idea: It'a A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Men week at the A.V. Club.

You must have picked a bad time for being in love.

Constance Wu and Kelly Hu. Woo Hoo!

So, no place in the mythology for a Golden God?

I was wondering how they'd convince Agnetha to agree to a reunion.

I have worked in ethnic radio for many years, and I've been around that guy an awful lot. "May you now to give to me weather?"

Aerosmith looks like your dad from the 70's.

That'll put a big smile under Michael Jordan's Hitler Charlie Chaplin mustache.

"I asked you not to take my picture."

I'm excited for the cross-over where Giamatti and Banks appear as King and Riggs on the new Odd Couple. I know, it doesn't make much sense. It was a great episode of the original.

Snark away, AV Club. I'm still gonna love this stuff.

But from what I've heard all these years, you don't go back.

You mean Andy Taylor, right? Griffith by all accounts was a fine man, but it's the Sheriff you're talking about? Either way, no arguments from me.

Clooney's Danny Ocean, or Connery's 007.

I strongly second that emotion.

I'd like to cut and paste this post, and copy it into virtually every thread in the history of A.V. Club. Well said.
