How to make Doctor Who better
No more Daleks. Just bring back Ice Warriors. I mean it.

Alan Moore once commented that the rights never left Mick Anglo, so this news is at least better than Todd Macfarlane proving he has the rights to the character. I am not sure how Neil Gaiman thinks of all this though.
You know, I am quite disappointed that AV Club isn't reviewing CoE this week.
The funny thing is, when Swamp Thing met Jesus the last time, he got his book banned.
"Deadman and the Demon have the primary colors of a stop sign and a yield sign. That is not scary." LOL!
He's great
Thanks for this in-depth interview. His artworks on Swamp Thing from early 80's still stand out as masterpieces. I wish he could team up with John Totleben again.
There was some interesting article on Variety about the hype garnered at Comic Con being useless in the real world:
The quality of The Invisibles have been pretty inconsistent over the years - remember, this was the title that was on the verge of cancellation due to the low sales (only saved by the mass-jerking ritual). There are times Morrison tried to boost the sales by becoming more "mainstream" by adding action scenes. Also…
True Morrison experience
Read this interview aloud in undecipherable Scottish accent and you get what it feels to be Grant Morrison.
Seth Fischer didn't kill himself, did he? As far as I know he accidentally fell from a building. And even if he was alive I doubt his unique style would become influencial, the same reason there arn't many Brendan McCarthy imitators.
Bachalo used to be really great in his run of Shade, The Changing Man and drew beautiful women. Unfortunately he started slacking off (or so I assumed) during Generation X and his style is completely different now. I still miss the great stuff he did on Shade #50.
@Air Raid
I wonder what's the status of WE3 movie, that's been long in development.
Much as I like Miller's art, Ronin was Miller doing his best to mimic Moebius and Goseki Kojima. I would say Miller only got influencial after DKR, or especially after Sin City.
@Air Raid: I doubt that Adam Warren has a distinctive style. He was just among the first to bring manga style to America - there are hundreds who can draw like him in Japan.
Not only Liefield draws ridiculous figures, but he also SWIPES. He blatantly traced the arts from Perez's New Teen Titans and many other comics. There used be a website that compared his "artwork" and the originals he swiped from, but I can't find the site anymore.
A couple more
I think Walter Simonson has quite an influence among the artists with his distinctive style, along with Howard Chaykin and perhaps John Byrne.
There's new Liefeld in town, and his name is Greg Land.
You know, every time Captain Jack says how he doesn't age or he keeps seeing his loved ones die of old age, he sounds less plausible as he clearly has gotten older over the years - that's the problem with playing ageless characters on tv, same with Data on ST: TNG.
Pythons!
Hell's Grannies! Yeah!
